1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using ready-made software products or custom development services from DS Prod OÜ ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), registered under Registration No. 144320 in Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn, Estonia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Software Licensing Rules
When purchasing a ready-made software product from our marketplace, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license based on your selected plan:
- Regular License: Allows installation and operation for one (1) single end-product or domain owned by you or a single client.
- Extended / SaaS License: Allows installation for multiple domains or operating a commercial SaaS platform where end-users pay subscription fees.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not re-sell, sub-license, redistribute, or share the source code files publicly on public repositories or torrent sites.
3. Payments & Currency
All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) unless specified otherwise. Payments are processed securely via LHV Pank / EveryPay Payment Gateway. Upon successful transaction clearance, download links and invoice receipts are issued immediately.
4. Software Download & Delivery Policy
Because digital software products contain non-tangible, irrevocable digital code delivered upon purchase, refunds are provided under our technical guarantee if a product is defective and cannot be resolved by our technical support team within 14 days of purchase.
5. Custom Software Development Services
Custom engineering work ordered via our custom development wizard is governed by individual scope agreements, milestones, and deliverable sign-offs as detailed in your project specification document.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
